About
Rochester Spinal Association formed in 1991 when a group of inspired and motivated individuals joined forces.
Known formerly as the Rochester Chapter of NSCIA (National Spinal Cord Injury Association), Rochester Spinal Association has re-grouped with a new found energy to help change the lives of those affected by spinal cord disability.
Our Board of Directors brings great talent from a wide spectrum of backgrounds in a unified effort to make a difference for the thousands of individuals who's life has been changed because of a spinal cord impairment.
"Be brave. Be open-minded. Be kind. Be forgiving. Be generous. Be optimistic. Be grateful for the many unexpected lessons you will learn. Find the joy inside the hardship. It's there. I assure you. And, too, be open to inspiration from unlikely sources." ~ Dana Reeve
